    Required:

    1- Retrieval within 3 days and replacement within 7 days from the date of shipment arrival to you.

    2- Products lacking the company's security seal cannot be replaced or returned.

    3- In case of receiving a defective or faulty product, Ayami bears the cost of shipping it to them for replacement, however, the customer is responsible for shipping it back to them again.
